Where does the future come from? It comes from how we are together in each moment. Our conversations — open or closed, repeating old patterns or exploring for new,… — our choices, our acts in relation to one another.

If we continue doing things the way we are doing them now, we get the future that grows from our current patterns.

If we “redesign our system” — adjust our relationships, conversations, moments of open or closed decisions and choices, etc. — we will get a different future.

Forgive me if this is explaining something you already understand. But this is what I think is meant by the quote in your notes.
